Goodwynns Hood Village Manager/Operator Job Description:

Responsible for selling goods and assisting customers on the selling floor. Provides suggestions and product information based on customers' needs. Maintains a thorough, up to date knowledge of products, sales and promotions.

 

General Responsibilities:

  • Provide friendly customer service, answering any questions customers have.
  • Assist in rental and retail gear selection.
  • Comply with all industry procedures for adjusting and maintaining rental equipment.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols for equipment.
  • Accurately charge and take payment from guests and employees for rental equipment.
  • Maintain a clean and well-organized storefront. Vacuum, sweep/mop floors and empty trash each day

 

Qualifications &Skills:

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Previous work experience in the retail industry
  • Good interpersonal communication skills.
